Woopsie Wednesday

Wednesday has arrived which means the week is halfway over! I’m counting down the days until Friday not ONLY because it’s the weekend, but because Dani & I are going to see Avicii!!!!

To say I’m excited is an understatement. I have my neon shorts, crop top, and glowsticks ready to go. You know what they say, if it ain’t neon it shouldn’t be on.

Today’s post is going to be short and sweet because I lied to you guys yesterday. Remember when I said I had a ton of work to get to, so I would be working my little behind off? Well I lied. I actually was on the road all day for appointments and by the time I got home it was 5:30 and I was pooped. And by pooped I mean I curled up in bed and watched 4 hours of Law & Order: SVU.

Woops.

But this morning I am up and at ‘em! The sun hasn’t even risen and I’m off to the office. I seem to get the best work done in the mornings before everyone arrives and in the afternoon after everyone leaves. It seems that when I’m around my co-workers I do a little more chit chat and a little less work.

Double woops.

So, in honor of all my woopsies, today is What I Ate (Woops!) Wednesday Thanks again to Jenn for hosting, let’s get this party started!

Breakfast was a whole wheat muffin with grape jelly and two fried egg whites (with a little yolk that jumped on in there).

It was the perfect start to my loooooong day. After a couple appointments I made it back home and whipped up a quick lunch. On the menu for today: an oldie but goodie. Chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream & onion Special K chips and Pretzel Crisps. YUM! I even caught a few minutes of Law & Order while eating and before my next appointment.

Then I was onto the next appointment, which unfortunately was completely unnecessary. I drove an hour and a half each way to spend 5 minutes with our client. I wouldn’t call it a waste of time buuuuuuuut…

Immediately when I got home I made myself a snack. I had just bought fresh avocado’s from Stop & Shop so I decided to whip up some guac dip to share with my roommate! It was awesome if I do say so myself. I don’t know how I went 22 years without this stuff!

After stuffing my face snacking, I was dunzo. Checked out. Ready to sleep. So I laid in bed and whatdoyaknow I watched Law & Order: SVU. Again. (Okay, I might have a problem… )

When I finally got up and around it was dinner time. I decided to keep it short and sweet. Green beans, zucchini, perogies, and chicken. Random, but delicious

After that I spent the next 5 hours sitting on my computer trying to do work (but failing miserably). Instead I bought a new domain (did you notice?? Helloooooo new web domain! ) and redecorated my header (whattup scenes from boston). Now I’m off to work. The only thing that’s going to make this day better than the fact I’m starting my day at 6:00 AM is that I’m treating myself to a McDonalds breakfast.

Yes, it’s unhealthy.

Yes, I don’t care.
